This collection of images is a sampling of my work as an artist over the last two decades. I have always worked in numerous media and enjoy the many quirks, personalities, and characteristsics each has to offer. My first love was painting, but during my undergarduate studies, I began to incorporate sculptural elements in order to move the images into a three dimensioanl space. It was also at this time I engaged in a mix of performance art, fiber sculpture, Book making, Photography, and designing garments. In recent years I have focused on several projects including the completion of a project in 2014 during a summer Residency at the Alberta College of Art + Design in Clagary, AB, Canada. While there, I cut apart and made "thread" out of dozens of romance novels, then used that material to knit a corset (pictured right). During 2015-2016, I have continued learning more about the intricacies of weaving.  I love the gentle, methodical nature of working on the loom  . . . its rhythm and repitition punctuates every part of the patterns created by the intertwining of warp and weft.
