About Me

I am an artist and Educator, specializing in K-12 Art Education. I have worked and lived all over the US, but currently call Chicago, IL home.

I grew up in a houshold full of art and creativity. This led me to explore and make art throghout my childhood and into adulthood. I attended college at the Kansas City Art Institute to earn my BFA and later the Rochester Institute of Technology to earn my MST in K-12 Art Education. As a maker and life-long learner, I have always appreciated the people who showed me how to use my hands and my ideas to create something unique and wonderful. As a result, I feel a strong connection to those individuals and the spirit of generosity they embodied.
